- HISTORY: Keilah put up with much in Ecruteak growing up. Heavy with the stereotypes of all Houndours and Houndooms being aggressive grumpy-butts with a short fuse. From a young age, Keilah aspired to be a dancer much like the Eevee family in Ecruteak. She watched their lessons, and even tried to join them now and again. As children, it went alright, until the children began to realize just how different Keilah was from the rest of them. She didn't have the grace as the other children, and soon she was excluded from the lessons. She wasn't pleased with that, and wanting very much to be apart of the theater, continued to partake in the lessons, though she also picked up a habit of altering and even making the costumes and dresses for the other children.

By the time she was twelve, Keilah was in charge of the designs for the other girls, designing and even putting together the new ensembles for their performances. As time passed, more and more flocked to the performances, marveling over the young girl's skill with a needle and thread, but when they found that their seamstress was a little Houndour, well, the laughter that such a 'grim' child could piece together such colorful ensembles was enough to have Keilah leave the theater.

Years passed, and Keilah felt it was time to move on, leave Ecruteak, and find a place that wouldn't judge her. She'd heard stories of Pockette, and decided to head there, see if she couldn't make a name for herself there
